— No name (@chunvn8888) November 12, 2022 According to the leak, the Redmi K60 might feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. As for the display, it could feature a 6.67-inch 2K OLED panel. There will also be 67W fast charging support, paired with a 5,500mAh battery. Previous iterations of the Redmi K series phones featured different SoCs for different regions. For example the Redmi K50 also featured the Dimensity 8100 SoC alongside the Snapdragon 870. The Snapdragon SoC was mainly limited to the western markets. Likewise, the upcoming Redmi K60 could feature a flagship Dimensity SoC in some regions. There isn’t a lot of information on the cameras but the leak does mention a triple camera setup with 64+8+8MP lens, also along with a 16MP front cam. There’s also no concrete information on the actual sensors used, but a previous leak from DCS revealed, the Redmi K60 could feature the Sony IMX686 as the primary sensor. As for a release date, there’s no information yet, but the phone did get certified recently by the 3C Authority of China. This likely means Xiaomi is preparing to launch the Redmi K60 sometime later this year or by early next year. There’s also no information on pricing yet, but you can expect the launch price to be around the $550 mark. – Pricebaba
